Welcome to Wriggle Valley Brewery, the small brewery making 'BIG BEER'
Originally from Ryme Intrinseca we are now based in Stalbridge North Dorset. We brew small batches of beer to exacting standards, and regularly test drive each beer! We have a passion for making 'big tasting beer' and always have something interesting in stock. We are not fans of 'insipid ale'. As well as supplying pubs, farm shops and off licences, we also sell direct to the public from our premises, and can deliver within a 20 mile radius. You can buy beer direct from us or from one of our stockists. We are proud of the beer we make . We currently brew 6 regular beers and 4 seasonal brews, but we like to experiment so watch this space. See our beer page on the Wriggle Valley Brewery website by clicking on the button below... Chris Clark and Jane Reeves Our New Shop!

Oakland Collectibles is an expanding Stalbridge family company specialising in authentic French vintage Collectibles sourced in the brocantes and markets of France.
Welcome to our French-style, Brocante where you will find our extensive range of many fascinating French vintage collectibles and curios.
The Brocante is located at Spire Hill, Sturminster Newton, Dorset DT10 2SG. Oakland Collectibles strive to make your visit interesting so please give us a visit. Brocantes, or sometimes called braderies in France are a way of life and a national passion. The flea markets, second hand markets and car boot sales are very popular in France especially in the summer and before Christmas, in fact, that’s an understatement – it seems to be the national pastime to spend weekends visiting the different types of second hand markets.
It isn’t just at a weekend though, you can find various second hand markets going on during the week as well and Bastille Day (14 July) is always a popular day for a brocante, braderie, Vide Grenier or Marché au puces. Also very popular in France are the second hand shops, also called Brocantes which you can also find in the form of big– every day of the week – the Depôts Ventes and the Trocs. The French are a nation of recyclers and guardians of things – they hate to throw something away if it can serve a useful or attractive purpose and this is what drives their love of second hand markets and shops as well as the love of a great bargain! Going to a brocante or other second hand market gives you an opportunity to pick up some really wonderful or unusual items that you simply won’t see in the shops. You can often find food tents offering the usual burgers or hotdogs and chips, sometimes regional specialities but the happy atmosphere makes up for the lack of gourmet fare! Oakland Collectibles can save you the time and expense of trips to France, call in at our brocante in Dorset. If we haven’t got it in stock we can shortly source it for you.
