Pilates is back in Stourton Caundle Village Hall on Wednesday mornings – a great opportunity to take an hour for you. I combine years of Pilates experience with the Franklin Method to guide you through an hour of movement. We’ll feel and experience our function, we’ll explore our balance, build our strength and lengthen and release.
