Thyme After Time Update on our Tapas and Paella Evening (Friday 15th June at 7pm)
Hi everyone, Freshly back from our holiday trip to the Adalusia area of Spain, we are firing on all cylinders and I have written a lovely menu for you to enjoy. Two thirds of the tables are now reserved but we do have a few spaces remining if you would like to join us? Here is the menu we plan to cook up for you- Upon your arrival- sharing platters Serrano ham, Olives, Andalusian garlic prawns, Potato and garlic Spanish tortilla, Crusty bread Main course Buffet Paella with chicken, chorizo & prawns Spanish smoky pork meatballs with peppers, tomatoes and smoked paprika Fresh broad bean and herb fritters Spanish roast paprika potatoes Tomato salad with red onions, anchovies, capers, and fresh oregano with crispy paprika and garlic breadcrumbs Dressed green baby leaf salad Dessert buffet Galician orange and almond cake Homemade meringues with peaches and strawberries Chocolate, hazelnut and fig tart Caramelised rice pudding with candied orange Marshfield Farm orange sorbet Fresh coffee from our espresso machine Price per head- £29.50, payable upon booking. We are also very happy to provisionally reserve you a table for 24 hours whilst you get in touch with your pals to know if they can come with you. You are welcome to bring your own Sangria or whichever alcoholic drink you so choose, we simply charge you £1 per person to cover bottle disposal and glass washing. We hope you will come and join us!
