At The Dorset Hand Made Food Company our clotted cream is the finest in Dorset. Created for us by Craig’s Farm Dairy in Osmington on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, their cows graze their luscious green paddocks for over 8 months of the year, enjoying spectacular views over Weymouth and Portland Bay.
This is one of the few remaining traditionally family-run, free range dairy farms in Dorset, with 300 acres, ensuring that they are totally self-sufficient when feeding their 130 homebred traditional British Friesian and Ayrshire dairy cows.
