Our roving photographer Carolyn Roden ventured to the shingle bank at Chesil on a windy weekday to capture these beautiful photos...
"Chesil Beach on a wet weekday is wild, invigorating and stunningly beautiful. There were fishermen cuddled in their little tents and a few brave souls walking against the piercing wind but overall the panoramic views were the lasting memory." - Carolyn Roden

Our roving photographer Carolyn Roden has been out braving the elements to bring us this lovely study of the weedy wildlife of Wood Lane...
"It was another one of those wild, windy March days, with few spring flowers out but a hint of spring in the air. Wood Lane was just beginning to show new growth and hope for another brilliant summer to come. Many walk passed the upcoming 'weeds' but there is such a charm to the innocence of nature within their determination to survive as they sit alongside wild primroses and oddly, a few daffodils that someone must have once planted for all to enjoy. I hope these photos, taken on my phone camera help alleviate such troubled times as we are having." - Carolyn Roden |
